The original work

Shared vehicles need a consistent record.

Vehicle use involves more than the trip itself. Staff need to reach the right vehicle’s record and log its use and mileage. That everyday task needed a practical digital path that could work where the vehicle was being used.

  • A shared vehicle used by different drivers
  • Trip and mileage information to record
  • Entries that belong to the correct vehicle

How we shaped it

Make the vehicle the starting point.

We built the workflow around the moment a driver uses a vehicle. A QR code opens that vehicle’s page directly, giving the driver a clear route to logging the trip and mileage.

  • Give each vehicle its own QR entry point
  • Open the vehicle page without searching a list
  • Connect the trip entry to the correct vehicle

What we created

A vehicle management system for daily use.

The custom application gives staff a straightforward way to record vehicle use and mileage. QR access, trip logging, and records organized by vehicle form one connected process.

  • QR access for each vehicle
  • A practical trip and mileage logging workflow
  • Records connected to the vehicle they belong to
